// SOMATIC THERAPY // CAPE COD

Somatic Therapy on Cape Cod — for the nervous system that won't stand down.

A trauma-informed somatic practice for burnout, PTSD, C-PTSD, and high-functioning people whose bodies are locked in chronic sympathetic load. If you can't hold a chiropractic adjustment, can't relax through a traditional massage, and keep running the same loop — this is the work.

01.The Approach

The Approach

Somatic therapy treats the body as the entry point, not the afterthought. We work directly with fascia, breath helix, vagal tone, and fluid pressure to interrupt the autonomic patterns that keep the system braced.

Most clients arrive after years of talk therapy, supplements, biohacks, and chiropractors that 'didn't hold.' The reason is mechanical: the nervous system is still in active load. Until that load is discharged, nothing downstream sticks.

02.Who It's For

Who It's For

First responders, ER and ICU staff, surgeons, military, intelligence operators, executives, founders, attorneys, and parents holding more than one frontline. Anyone whose work or life requires sustained high capacity and whose body is starting to break protocol.

Common presentations: caregiver burnout, complex PTSD, insomnia despite exhaustion, hypervigilance, dissociation, chronic muscular bracing, post-event collapse, and the specific exhaustion of having to be the one who stays calm.

//What's Included
  • Spiral Prana Hardware Reset

A proprietary protocol combining somatic therapy, fascia manipulation, and Reiki to reset the autonomic nervous system at the hardware level.

  • Single-Pass Sessions

Most clients feel the 'drop' inside one session. Many describe a newfound lease on life after the first appointment.

  • Trauma-Informed Throughout

Pace, consent, and titration are non-negotiable. We work with high-load systems without re-loading them.

FAQFrequently Asked
What is somatic therapy?
Somatic therapy works through the body — fascia, breath, fluid pressure, vagal pathways — rather than only through talk and cognition. It helps the nervous system discharge stored stress and trauma so the body can return to a regulated baseline.
Who is somatic therapy for?
It's especially effective for high-functioning people locked in chronic stress: first responders, medical professionals, executives, and anyone living with burnout, PTSD, C-PTSD, or 'I can't relax even when I try.' If your body won't drop, this is for you.
How is somatic integration different from talk therapy?
Talk therapy works with the story. Somatic integration works with the wiring underneath the story — the autonomic nervous system. The two complement each other, but somatic work reaches places cognition can't.
Where on Cape Cod do you practice?
Sessions are by appointment across Cape Cod and the Islands — Hyannis, Yarmouth, Dennis, Harwich, Brewster, Orleans, Wellfleet, Chatham, Provincetown, Falmouth, Martha's Vineyard, and Nantucket. Outcall available.
