RESONANCE AGREEMENT // SRI-LIA-04A
1. ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF NATURE OF WORK. The undersigned operator ("Operator") acknowledges that the Spiral Prana protocol administered by the Somatic Resonance Institute ("SRI") is a structural, somatic re-coherence procedure. It is NOT psychotherapy, chiropractic care, physical therapy, medical diagnosis, or treatment of any disease, disorder, or condition.
2. NO MEDICAL CLAIMS. SRI makes no representation, express or implied, that the procedure will diagnose, cure, mitigate, treat, or prevent any disease or medical condition. Operator agrees to maintain primary care relationships with licensed medical providers for all medical concerns.
3. ASSUMPTION OF RISK. Operator acknowledges that somatic procedures may produce strong physiological responses including but not limited to: vasovagal response, transient tremor, emotional discharge, perspiration, temperature variance, postural shift, and short-duration disorientation following the autonomic Drop. Operator assumes all risk associated therewith.
4. DISCLOSURE OBLIGATION. Operator warrants that all disclosures regarding pre-existing structural conditions, surgical hardware, neurological diagnoses, cardiovascular irregularities, pregnancy, current pharmacology, and recent trauma have been entered truthfully into the Baseline Diagnostic above. Material omission voids this Agreement.
5. RELEASE & INDEMNIFICATION. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Operator releases SRI, its facilitators, agents, and affiliates from any and all claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of or related to participation in the protocol, excepting only conduct constituting gross negligence or willful misconduct.
6. CONFIDENTIALITY. The contents of the SRI Field Manual, Awareness Level Report, session telemetry, and all proprietary methodology disclosed during alignment are CLASSIFIED — Sentinel Tier ≥ 3. Redistribution, reproduction, or derivative training is strictly prohibited.
7. CONSENT TO CONTACT. Operator consents to receive vetting communications at the coordinates provided. SRI does not market, syndicate, or transfer Operator data to third parties.
8. GOVERNING TERMS. This Agreement is governed by the internal arbitration framework of the Institute. By transmitting clearance, Operator affirms full comprehension of the foregoing and binds themselves to its terms.
